If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Matt Nash , please contact us immediately.
Exchanging product for change of mind purchases will require shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Proof of purchase is required in order to exchange the product.
If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you have received faulty product we will replace the product. In the unfortunate instance a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will refund your money or offer you a store credit. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For tracking your return, we recommend that you take note of the return tracking number the carrier that you choose. This will assist you with any issues with your return.
Once your return package has been received by Matt Nash your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two to four weeks. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place.
